Deposits, Payments, & Cancellations
Deposits
A non-refundable security deposit in the amount of $3,000.00 three thousand dollars along with a signed contract by both parties guarantees your rental date.
Payments
Once the contract is signed by both parties, and the non-refundable deposit has been received a monthly payment plan will be set up via Honey book for your remaining balance. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your wedding date.
Cancellations
We must receive your cancellation in writing. Your initial security deposit is non-refundable. The remainder of monies you have paid to Designs by Missoura, or have agreed to in your contract are handled as follows:

Written cancellation notice over 12 months prior to your event date 100% refund.

Written cancellation notice 11 months prior to your event date 90% refund.

Written cancellation notice 10 months prior to your event date 80% refund.

Written cancellation notice 9 months prior to your event date 70% refund.

Written cancellation notice 8 months prior to your event date 60% refund.

Written cancellation notice 7 months prior to your event date 50% refund.

Written cancellation notice 6 months or less prior to event date will receive no refund. Any additional charges may or may not be required to be paid depending on agreement in your contract.
